About
Hi! I’m Valentina, an Italian teacher and biology professional from Italy. I have been teaching since 2019, working with students with different ages, levels and goals. I enjoy helping people become more confident in communication, understand difficult scientific concepts and feel comfortable asking questions. Outside teaching, I’m passionate about biology, science, languages and everything connected with the human body and health. I also love learning about different cultures and having conversations about everyday life, travel, science and interesting topics. Whether you want to improve your Italian or English, study biology, or understand medical and scientific topics more clearly, I adapt my lessons to your needs and learning goals. I believe learning works best when you feel comfortable, understood and actively involved in the lesson.
Teaching Experience
My lessons are practical, personalised and focused on your goals. For languages, I work on speaking, vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, reading and listening. We use real-life situations and meaningful conversations, so you can learn how to actually use the language rather than simply memorising rules. For biology and medical subjects, I explain complex concepts step by step and use clear examples, visual explanations and questions to check understanding. I can help with general biology, scientific terminology and medical or healthcare-related topics. A typical lesson may include a short review, new material, guided practice and conversation or exercises. I adjust the pace depending on your level and learning style. You do not need to be afraid of making mistakes. They are part of the learning process, and we use them to understand what to improve next. My goal is for you to leave each lesson knowing something new and feeling more confident than when you arrived.
