Click "Get Started" on the homepage, choose whether you're a student or a tutor, and follow the onboarding steps. Students can start browsing tutors right away; tutors go through a short approval process before they can accept bookings.

We support a growing range of languages, with new ones added as more tutors join. Visit the Find a tutor page to see every language currently available and the tutors who teach it.

Browse tutors on the Find a tutor page, view their profile and availability, then select a time slot that works for you. Confirm the booking using your credits and you're all set.

Sessions are 25 or 50 minutes. You pick the length when you book.

Yes, you can reschedule or cancel a session up to 24 hours before it starts for a full credit refund. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time are non-refundable.

If a tutor doesn't show up, report the session from your lessons page and our team will review it. If the tutor was at fault, your credit is refunded and their payout is held. We take reliability seriously.

Credits are how you book lessons. You subscribe to a tutor at a weekly frequency — for example once or twice a week — and each month your plan gives you the matching number of credits. One credit books a 50-minute class (half a credit for 25 minutes). What you pay depends on the tutor's rate, so you always know the cost before you subscribe. Credits are tied to the tutor you subscribed to.

You choose how often you want to learn, from once a week up to every day. Your monthly plan includes the matching number of credits — four for each weekly session, so once a week is 4 credits a month, twice a week is 8, and so on. The price is your credit count times the tutor's per-class rate. You'll see the exact cost on the Buy Credits page before you confirm.

Yes. Credits from one billing cycle stay valid through the next cycle, giving you up to about two months to use them before they expire — unused credits don't pile up indefinitely. If your tutor becomes unavailable, you can transfer your subscription and remaining credits to another tutor.

Sign up as a tutor and complete the application, which includes your teaching experience, language proficiency, and availability. Our team reviews applications and typically responds within a few business days.

You earn money for every completed session — your share of the price after Jynio's commission — which builds up as an earnings balance. Once you've connected your payout account, you can withdraw your balance to your bank whenever you like. Check the Earnings page in your dashboard for details.

Absolutely. You have full control over your availability and the rate you charge. You can update both at any time from your tutor dashboard.
