About
I'm from Venezuela and still live here in Valencia, a city I love. I speak English and a bit of Portuguese alongside my native Spanish, which helps me connect with students from different backgrounds.
Outside of tutoring, I'm drawn to travel, music, films, and art. I'm also passionate about tech, spending time outdoors, volunteering, and gaming. I have a cat who keeps me company while I work. I'd describe myself as patient and energetic, with a sense of humor and a direct way of communicating.
I chose to teach Spanish because I wanted a flexible career that would let me do what matters to me while sharing something I know well. Working with students gives me the chance to connect across languages and cultures.
Teaching Experience
I teach Spanish through a mix of structured grammar, immersion storytelling, conversation, and roleplay. Each lesson is tailored to you—I bring custom slides, films, podcasts, and textbooks, or whatever fits best. Fifty minutes is my sweet spot, and I correct you as we go so you can adjust right away.
I work best with beginners through intermediate learners of all ages, and I take things slow. I'm patient with the pace because language sticks better when you're not rushed. I don't teach children under five or run group classes, but one-on-one is where I can really meet you where you are.
By lesson ten, you'll be speaking basic phrases with confidence. Homework only happens if you ask for it—some students want it, others don't, and I work with what suits your life.
