About
I'm from Italy and I still live here, so I'm speaking Italian every day. Besides Italian, I speak Spanish and English, which helps me understand how language learners think and what challenges they face. I've always loved teaching. There's something wonderful about helping someone discover they can communicate in a new language, and students often tell me I'm kind and patient with them. I try to bring that calm approach to every lesson. Outside of teaching, I'm drawn to travel, reading, and films. I also love spending time with my family and my dog. These things keep me grounded and give me plenty to talk about with my students.
Teaching Experience
I structure lessons around conversation and your specific goals. I bring custom slides, films, podcasts, real articles, and textbooks—whatever serves you best. In a 50-minute session, we focus on speaking and understanding in context rather than rules for their own sake. I work patiently with everyone: kids, teens, and adults at any level, whether you're just starting out, preparing for an exam, improving conversation skills, or using Italian for business. I adjust the pace to suit you, taking things slow so you actually retain what we cover. During our lesson, I let the conversation flow naturally. I save corrections for the end of the session so they don't interrupt your momentum or confidence. You'll sometimes have homework to reinforce what we've practiced, depending on what helps you most.
