About
II'm Magda, based in Giza, Egypt. Outside of teaching, you'll usually find me lost in a movie, singing along to something, or on stage — I'm into theatre and voice over, so storytelling is kind of my thing in more ways than one. I bring that same love of expression into my lessons — I think learning a language should feel like a real conversation, not a chore. If you're looking for someone easy to talk to who'll actually get you speaking with confidence, I'd love to work with you.
Teaching Experience
My lessons are built around real communication, not just grammar drills. I use both communicative and Task-Based Learning approaches — meaning we start with what you can already do, focus on what you actually need, then practice it in situations that matter to you (your job, your interests, your goals). Every class is personalized: materials are built around each student's world, whether that's football and gaming for a young learner or job interviews and workplace English for a professional. A typical session mixes warm-up, focused input, guided practice, and real speaking or writing production — always with feedback you can act on. I teach best with students who want steady, structured progress and are comfortable being corrected and pushed a little outside their comfort zone. Whether you're a complete beginner, prepping for IELTS, or building Business English for your career, I meet you where you are and build the path forward with you.
